The Argentinian DJ, producer and multidisciplinary artist from Tucuman Paula Díaz Mendilaharzu, graduate in film, video and TV, currently residing in Buenos Aires.

Her project is framed within the musical genres of break, techno, acid, house, IDM and takes aesthetic traits from the literary genre of Science Fiction. In 2021 she released her first EP: Hall 9000. In 2021 she was selected to carry out the Artlab Artistic Residency by Amplify D.A.I. that resulted in the audiovisual work IK Pegasi in collaboration with the Canadian filmmaker Sonya Stefan, exhibited in the virtual space of Mutek Montreal and presented live at Mutek Buenos Aires. In 2022 she also published the self-titled album with the Dialog record label.

 

In the field of visual arts, she works mainly with video, creating poetic essays and video-installations that address topics such as the digital information age, the configuration of identity, limits and crossovers between fiction and reality. She is currently developing Telematik, a video installation, a poetic essay that reflects on the possibilities and pitfalls of ICTs, which in 2021 had creative advice from the National Film Board of Canada.

She also runs Visione Studio, an independent audiovisual production company, anchored in experimentation with analog video
