CONFIRM HUMANITY AR
The VJ and designer with an affinity for art and new media Cecilia Bojanic, born in Bolivia and living in Salta (Argentina).
She studied art direction and technology for curators. She has an extensive career with mentors such as Barbara Weinmann (operator of the Buenos Aires Planetarium), Alessandra Tagliatti (selected artist at Mutek Argentina 2017 and 2019), as well as Augusto Solis, resident vj of Mandarine Park and part of the Bizarrap team. She was a resident vj in Punta Carrasco (Buenos Aires) from 2016 to 2019.
In 2018 she was selected for an immersive 360 Full Dome audiovisual laboratory by +CODE at the Planetarium and was selected at Art Basel Cities to exhibit a light sculpture for Eternity by Maurizio Cattelan under the curatorship of Cecilia Alemani, the curator of the Venice Biennale. She recently prepared the scenery and visuals for Chancha Vía Circuito.
Internationally, was part of the production and technical team at Mutek México 2022, she participated in events such as the Resistance Festival and the Budapest Jazz Festival, collaborated with Opium Hum (DE), curator of Boiler Room Berlin, with Danny Avila, the best-ranked Spanish DJ in 2022, at number 36 in the Top 100, with Eelke Klein (NL), with Jimi Jules (CH) and with record labels such as Fuse London. In Bolivia she did mapping for the National Museum of Art (MNA) and an immersive experience for the NGO Senda Verde. She plans to continue her studies in interactive art in the technological hub of Austria, where the Ars Electronica festival takes place.
