Multidisciplinary artist, music producer and Argentinian singer Josefina Barreiro.

JSFNBRRX aka JX is a multidisciplinary artist. As a music producer and singer, she is currently delving in the punk noise genre with her band Blanco Teta, which is releasing their latest album, ROMPE PAGA, by the Swiss record label Bongo Joe. On the other hand, in the electronic genre she combines native rhythms, techno and live vocals in a hybrid dj set that chameleonically adapts to different external proposals and that was presented in Argentina, Spain and France. She has also participated as a vocal producer for electronic music and in 2017 one of her collaborations was released by the All Day I Dream label from England, promoted by producer Lee Burridge.

In addition to her musical career, JX has a strong interest in science. She has studied remote sensing at the Argentine Space Commission and is currently a member of Women in Aerospace Barcelona, a non-profit association that promotes the visibility of women in the aerospace sector. There she works as a scientific communicator. She and her colleagues have produced the podcast “Entre Galaxies”, which explores scientific topics in an accessible way for the general public and people in the aerospace sector.

In addition, JX is also known for her work on Instrumento Óptico, a modular project that has been developed from a musical EP that focused on the development of immersive experiences and that has been presented in Argentina, Uruguay, France and Germany in different formats. In 2019, JSFNBRRX and her team were invited to present a sound innovation proposal at Abbey Road Studios in London, England. That same year she was awarded at the Llum Festival in Barcelona, along with her team, for best Lighting Installation. Currently, she is designing a project that combines spirituality, art and neuroscience. With her ability to combine her love of art and science, JX is an artist who continues to push boundaries and explore new forms of creative expression.
