Buenos Aires-based experimental musician Catalina Corti

Nina Corti is an interdisciplinary artist with a background in music and sound art. She studied classical piano, jazz, blues, and funk with different teachers in Buenos Aires and at the University of Berklee in Boston. She creates across performance, installation and video art, exploring the construction of new realities through the sum of disparate fragments and the construction of non-linear narratives (hyperlinks, loops and rhizomatic structures). She has presented her work and sound performances in the US, Europe, the UK and in Latin America. She currently studies Electronic Arts at the Universidad Tres de Febrero. She released the Tupungatito album in physical format with Swedish label Fluere Tapes and Achiyaku with Texas label Aural Canyon.
